I LOVED my son's library bag and I did ask him after I had finished it if I could have it instead and I'll make him another one...but he wouldn't give it up. *sigh* So now I'm on the lookout for an old tea towel so I can make myself a bag (ONC'ers if you see one in an op shop somewhere, let me know!!).
I gave my daughter's friend her library bag today and she loved it so that made me happy.
Also, since I enjoyed making the concert journal so much, I decided to make a modified verson for me (just as a straight out CD case) for the car. Here it is:

As you guys can see, I'm on a bit of a crafting/sewing spree at the moment. I am a bit stressed at work (deadline coming up) and crafting/sewing is relaxing me. So until mid-March, expect more crafting stuff from me!! :)
oh and on that note, Em asked me in my last post (or was it the one before?) how I find the time to do things. Well, the short answer is that I have the time because I consider crafting/sewing a very high priority. (And the long answer is in my post about it on Simple Green Frugal Co-op.) :P
Hope everyone is having a lovely day!

I have an old 'Melbourne' tea towel I'd be very happy to gift to you. I have a friend who gives me all sorts of things she finds on her op shop crawls, and while I love that she thinks of me, and am always intrigued by what she finds, with my own finds as well, I'm running out of room.
I had no plans for this tea towel, ...email me your address and it's yours.

Thank you so much Nanette for your kind offer! Unfortunately I can't work out how to email you and that's why I haven't emailed.
Thank you though for thinking of me. :)
Oh, sorry:) I thought you'd be able to access my email from the comments.

Just love the bags: what a great idea! I wish I knew how to sew, I'd make one for myself right now!
