Karen from Brazen's Crafts asked me whether there are any sites that review fairtrade coffee. Unfortunately, if there is a site out there, I don't know it. Coffee, I think, is one of those personal things. What one would like another wouldn't.
If you like strong coffee (which I do), then I would highly recommend Wagonga Fairtrade Coffee (Papua New Guinea blend). I buy mine in bulk from Food Lovers.
For milder coffees (which I sometimes like), then my favourite would have to be the Republica Signature Blend. I buy this from Coles.
Anyway, good luck in finding *your* coffee Karen!

Thank you Eilleen :D
My DH loves his coffee strong and finds both Scarborough and the Republica not strong enough, so has been trying to sneak naughty coffee into our house. i'm just about to order some Wagonga for him *mwah*
Hi not sure if you have come across blackstar coffee it is made here in Brisbane well ground here. They are a small independent company in west end at the markets there. all the coffee is fair trade I think it comes from papau new guinea the beans that is. I was having a chat to the owner and he was saying they like to encourage employment of refugees international students or those from a minority background. They also do cold pressed coffee in the summer months that is just to die for better than any other iced coffee. I think they have a range of different strengths as well
thank you eilleen :) i will keep an eye out for them!
